Position Summary

Level: Senior Manager

As a Sales & Solutioning Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will manage new deals and RFPs end-to-end, ensuring best-fit solutions and strong win potential. You’ll oversee project scope, delivery, budget, risks, and stakeholder alignment, driving successful execution and smooth transitions to steady state, all while maintaining high quality and clear communication.

Work you’ll do:

Design client-centric solutions, draft proposals, and prepare compelling presentation materials for each RFP stage. Oversee end-to-end proposal submissions, collaborating with US teams and coordinating cross-functional inputs to deliver best-fit solutions and enhance Deloitte’s win potential. Participate in all RFP phases—including solutioning, transition, due diligence, orals, and negotiations—which may require travel. Develop industry best practices and pricing benchmarks, build strong client relationships from RFP through delivery, and create business cases for deals in partnership with leadership. Support client visits, drive lead generation, and collaborate with account teams to identify new sales opportunities and expand existing relationships.

Leveraging combined expertise in strategy, operations improvement, implementation, and managed services, the portfolio enables creative resource deployment and drives innovation at market speed, supporting clients in achieving impactful, future-ready operational outcomes.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• 15+ years of experience in BPO sales, advisory, and leadership roles
• Proven track record in BPO operations, transition, and transformation
• Expertise in establishing Shared Service Centers
• Skilled in BPO advisory and contract negotiations
• Experience collaborating with C-level executives
• Exceptional presentation, storyboarding, and communication skills
• Strong team and stakeholder management abilities
• Adept at building relationships across organizations and geographies
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  
  

Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• Certifications such as Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt will be an advantage
  
  

Education:

• Bachelors/ Masters in Finance and Accounting from accredited university
  
  

Location:

• Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai/Kolkata
  
  

Shift Timings:

• 24*7 rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements
