Description

• To establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
• Periodic statutory Compliances viz.TDS Return, GST Return.
• Income Tax Return & Profession Tax Return etc.
• Responsible for all direct and indirect taxation viz. Income Tax, TDS, GST etc.
• Statutory audit & Income Tax Audit.
• Preparing quarterly and annual financials.
• MIS preparations as per requirement.
• Scrutiny of all ledgers.
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
• Support internal, statutory & taxation audits.
• Support Monthly Closing.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
• Direct and coordinate company-level financial planning and budget management functions.
• Monitor benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance.
• Monitor and analyse monthly operating results against budget.
• Manage the preparation of financial forecasts when required
• To maintain good relationships with external bodies like banks, regulators, auditors and external consultants for the smooth functioning of the finance department (if required)
• To provide direction, motivation and training to the finance team, thus ensuring optimum performance.
