Description

Job Description Includes-

Financial Controllership & Reporting- Drive financial controllership for the region with monthly financial reviews. Spotlight financial risks and opportunities through comprehensive analysis. Analyze financial variances against plan and detail underlying business drivers.

Strategic Business Partnership- Partner with regional director and leadership team to influence decision-making. Optimize business decisions through financial insights and recommendations. Provide analytical support through deep-dive analyses on key business issues.

Data Management & Systems- Manage and maintain data integrity in financial systems. Create insightful reports to drive informed business decisions. Develop regular metrics reviews to track performance against targets

Process Improvement & Innovation- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives. Scale existing solutions to meet growing business needs. Create new solutions based on evolving stakeholder requirements. Improve tools and processes to enhance efficiency

Team Leadership & Development- Mentor financial analysts responsible for countries within the region. Build analytical capabilities and financial acumen across the team. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree, or MBA in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field
• 6+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
• 5+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
• Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence, or experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with stakeholders, or experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis
• CA or an MBA from Tier A college with 6+ years of post qualification experience.
