F&B Executive – Oakridge International School

Oakridge International School is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented F&B Executive to support food and beverage operations while ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily food and beverage operations in the school cafeteria.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and vendors for smooth service delivery.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and timely replenishment of supplies.
• Assist in menu planning and ensure adherence to nutritional guidelines.
• Handle student and staff queries related to food services professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service points.
• Support audits, inspections, and documentation related to F&B operations.
• Follow school policies related to health, safety, and safeguarding.
  
  

• Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management, Catering, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in food and beverage operations (institutional or hospitality).
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  
  

• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills for records and reporting.
