Role Purpose
As a Facilities Supervisor with Worley, you will have to manage the end-to-end office / workspace operations for Worley’s Hyderabad office – including provision of excellent workspace experience for our employees through provision of excellent Facilities services. Implement robust corporate governance i.e. compliance to relevant statutory guidelines and company policies, adherence to budgetary and cost control guidelines, etc. Be the SPOC for all key internal and external stakeholders i.e. employees, company leadership, service providers, statutory bodies, etc. Adopt a holistic approach to excellent workspace environment which nurtures people safety, productivity and employee delight.
Key Responsibilities
- Workspace Management
- Ensure workplace safety compliance (Assurance Portal, JHA, Emergency Response Plans)
- Drive space management including planning, allocation, and optimization
- Manage asset lifecycle (procurement, tracking, audits, disposal)
- Oversee workspace maintenance (housekeeping, engineering services, preventive maintenance)
- Implement and monitor workspace security (access control, surveillance systems, guards)
- Govern facility management service providers and ensure SLA adherence
Support Workspace Infrastructure Projects
- Execute workspace infrastructure projects (office setup, expansion, refurbishment)
- Ensure delivery within timelines, budget, and quality standards
- Optimize utilization of real estate and infrastructure investments
Employee Services
- Manage corporate travel operations and vendor relationships
- Oversee employee transportation (bus services logistics and efficiency)
- Plan and execute corporate events
- Manage canteen and refreshment services (tea/coffee)
- Oversee printing, stationery, and mailroom operations
- Coordinate IT asset logistics and distribution
- Manage employee company car services
Corporate Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs
- Maintain compliance with statutory laws (workspace & manpower regulations)
- Ensure vendor service contracts meet all contractual obligations
- Drive digitalization and automation of admin processes
- Support audits and ensure audit readiness
Budgetary & Cost Control
- Prepare and manage annual budgets
- Control costs through invoice verification, processing, and approvals
- Track and report financials including quarterly NDCs
- Identify and implement cost optimization initiatives
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and develop team capabilities
- Demonstrate service mindset, respect, and assertive communication
- Manage internal stakeholders (employees, leadership, business units)
- Build strong partnerships with external vendors and service providers

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
- 10–12 years of experience in Facility Management /
- Experience managing large offices, vendors, and budgets
