This Hyderabad-based role will collaborate with a Facility Engineer and Workplace Services Coordinator to oversee all aspects of daily workplace operations, ensuring the workspace adheres to MathWorks’ global standards. As the site lead reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager, APAC, the incumbent will be responsible for managing service and maintenance activities, including vendor management, food services, and workplace operations, while implementing best practices and world-class procedures. Responsibilities

• Support Regional FM on Vendor management, budget, contracts and procurement
• Support Regional FM to establish process, practice and guidelines consistent with our worldwide offices
• Lead all workplace and Facility management activities for the Hyderabad office
• Responsibility for physical security, health and safety practices and procedures in compliance with local and headquarters
• Manage Food and beverage program including catering and kitchen supplies
• Manage housekeeping/FM contract as per established industry practices
• Space management as per headquarter guidance, policies and procedures
• Maintain SLAs and take ownership of the help tickets
• Guide team on all office services activities and ensure supplies are tracked for seamless operation
• Support major projects and lead minor projects
• Responsible for all facility-related communication to Hyderabad staff. This will include using Viva Engage share point, and building relationship with office leadership
  
  

• A bachelors degree and 6 years of professional work experience is required.
  
  

• Having strong hospitality industry background with expertise and experience in food and customer service domain
• 6 plus years of combined experience in hospitality with internaltional chains and Workplace management role with multinational/Global tech corporations
• Team Management - internal & contract staff
• Stakeholder management
• Certifications and trainings: Facility Management, health and safety, Food and beverage
• A broad knowledge of Facility management systems including BMS, FAS, Security systems etc.,
• Proven track record in implementing best practices in the area of Facility and workplace management
• Vendor management, procurement process and market knowledge
• Managing internal customers to achieve a high level of satisfaction
• Facility systems including Service Now help and maintenance systems
• Excellent communication, written and verbal
• Excellent Reporting and analytical skills
• Proactive, detailed, organized, Problem-solving with rational approach
