As a Expansion Manager, you will play a critical role in Cult Fit’s franchise business expansion. Acting as the primary point of contact for franchise partners in South India, you will facilitate site identification, business case alignment, and center launches, ensuring smooth operations and relationship management throughout the process.

Role

• Identify and evaluate new sites within target micro-markets and expansion areas
• Conduct market, feasibility, and competition analysis for proposed locations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to validate site selection
• Support franchise partners in location identification and business alignment
• Facilitate lease discussions between partners, property owners, and real estate team
• Oversee documentation and ensure compliance during site acquisition
• Assist partners with business planning, financial projections, and milestone tracking
• Monitor key development milestones such as rent finalization, presales, and hiring
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in business development, franchise management, real estate, or market analysis.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and competition trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on deliverables.
• Willingness to travel within the city for site visits and partner meetings.
