Executive - Sales Order Processing

Processes orders for materials or merchandise from sales staff or direct customer contact. Maintains customer files with sales contracts and other information. Gives price quotations, completes order sheets and checks the price and quantity of each item listed. Distributes order sheets to respective departments. May coordinate with departments regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability and back orders.

Responsibilities

Processing new sales orders on receiving the customer purchase orders from External customers or programmers.

Sales Orders Amendments based on the advice of the programmers.

Sales return orders ( Singapore) based on RMA report sent by programmers.

Inventory Report Processing at month end.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have qualification of B.COM degree completed with experience from 0-1 year with skill sets in Excel & Computer handling.
• Should be able to speak English as they will mainly interacting with customer/ employees from Singapore/ Malaysia & Indonesia.
• Written communication is important.
