Executive Full Stack Engineer - Rx Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and agile People and Culture technology team. We are comprised of Full Stack Engineers with deep expertise, as well as, broad understanding of related disciplines in engineering.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will collaborate with business and technology experts to enhance the HR-Reward platform and drive enterprise-wide technology initiatives. Leveraging emerging technology trends, you will design and deliver innovative, efficient, and agile solutions. Your work will focus on meeting client needs while advancing the platforms capabilities.

What You Offer

• Proficient in developing scalable backend services (Java, Python, Node.js) and dynamic front-end applications using frameworks like React.js.
• Skilled in creating RESTful APIs, contributing to microservices, and implementing serverless architectures for modular system design
• Experienced in integrating with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases for efficient data management
• Adept in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket), containerization with Docker, and deployments in Kubernetes or cloud environments
• Strong expertise in unit testing (JUnit), API testing (Postman), version control (Git), and maintaining clean, efficient code standards
