Executive - Front Desk

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and proactive Front Desk Executive to manage our front office operations at our new Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate should have 3–4 years of experience in a similar role within the IT industry, with excellent communication skills and a professional demeanour.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and guestsManage and direct incoming calls, messages, and emails efficientlyHandle front desk administrative tasks such as meeting room bookings, and office suppliesMaintain a clean and welcoming reception areaCoordinate with various internal departments for smooth office operationsKey Requirements:Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Hospitality, Administration, or related fields)3–4 years of relevant experience in front desk operations, preferably in an IT companyExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishPresentable appearance with a professional and friendly attitudeStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in MS Office and general office equipment
