Executive Assistant Manager Kafka Developer

We are looking for a highly skills and experienced AWS DevOps Engineer to join our Central Capabilities team responsible for designing, building, and operating scalable secure cloud platforms and shared technology services that enable business innovation.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will design, implement, and support scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-based platforms and services. You will leverage your expertise in AWS, DevOps, and Confluent Kafka to enhance and evolve our enterprise technology capabilities. You will play a key role in supporting the existing Kafka platform while driving the adoption of new tools and technologies across the central platform.

What You Offer

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in Cloud, Platform, or DevOps Engineering within AWS environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Confluent Kafka, including cluster administration, platform operations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Solid knowledge of AWS services, cloud architecture, networking, security, and infrastructure best practices.
• Proficiency in automation and Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, Ansible, Python, Bash, and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with observability and messaging platforms, including Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, ELK, and AWS SQS/SNS, complemented by strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
