About The Role -

Forget the typical EA job of calendars and coffee runs. At Techdome, you'll sit inside the Founder's Office — working directly with the CEO and CTO on the initiatives that actually move the business: strategy, business development, operations, and client engagement.

You'll turn half-formed ideas into executed plans, unblock problems before they become bottlenecks, and get a front-row seat to how a technology company is actually built — not just administered.

This role is for someone who wants ownership, not instructions.

What You'll Do

  • Partner directly with the CEO and CTO on strategic priorities, translating decisions into action and following through until they're done.
  • Own cross-functional coordination across Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, and Operations, so priorities don't stall between teams.
  • Build client-ready presentations, proposals, pitch decks, and business documents that represent Techdome at its best.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and AI ecosystem research, and turn findings into insights leadership can actually act on.
  • Support client interactions by preparing meeting briefs, coordinating follow-ups, and drafting professional communications.
  • Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Notion AI daily to accelerate research, writing, documentation, and operational efficiency.

Projects You'll Work On

  • Founder Strategy & Execution – Business planning, decision support, and execution tracking.
  • Business Development – Sales proposals, client engagement, and strategic partnerships.
  • Market & AI Intelligence – Competitive research, industry trends, and AI adoption opportunities.
  • Special Projects – Cross-functional initiatives that directly influence business growth.

Who We're Looking For

  • 0.6 - 1.5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, in a Founder's Office, Business Operations, or a startup environment.
  • A natural owner — someone who spots problems and solves them without waiting to be asked.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; energized by it, not slowed down by it.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with real business acumen.
  • Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and reliable under multiple competing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Good to Have

  • Experience supporting Business Development or client-facing functions.
  • Familiarity with Notion, Asana, Trello, or similar productivity tools.
  • Understanding of SaaS, AI, or technology products.
  • An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification.
