At Techdome, you'll become part of the Founder's Office, working directly with the CEO and CTO on high-impact initiatives across strategy, business development, operations, and client engagement. You'll help turn ideas into execution, solve business problems, and ensure priorities move forward in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You'll Do -
Partner with the CEO and CTO to drive strategic priorities and business initiatives.
Own cross-functional coordination across Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless execution.
Build impactful client presentations, proposals, pitch decks, and business documents.
Conduct market, competitor, and AI ecosystem research, translating findings into actionable insights for leadership.
Support client interactions by preparing meeting briefs, follow-ups, and professional communications.
Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Notion AI to enhance research, communication, documentation, and operational efficiency.
Projects You'll Work On -
Rather than being confined to administrative work, you'll contribute to initiatives across:
Founder Strategy & Execution – Business planning, decision support, and execution tracking.
Business Development – Sales proposals, client engagement, and strategic partnerships.
Market & AI Intelligence – Competitive research, industry trends, and AI adoption opportunities.
Special Projects – Cross-functional initiatives that directly influence business growth.
Who We're Looking For -
0.6–1.5 year of experience in an Executive Assistant, Founder's Office, Business Operations, or startup environment.
Someone who takes ownership, solves problems proactively, and thrives in ambiguity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong business acumen.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and execution.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
Able to handle multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Good to Have -
Experience supporting Business Development or client-facing functions.
Familiarity with Notion, Asana, Trello, or similar productivity tools.
Understanding of SaaS, AI, or technology products.
MBA or a relevant postgraduate qualification.
