Job Purpose

Purpose: Manage and ramp up the new team at Hyderabad and accountable for overall delivery of the flexible design and dynamic analysis scopes executed from Hyderabad meeting projects quality/deadline/budget and overall expectations.

Job Description

Technical

Be accountable and provide the required guidance for engineers/project leads at Hyderabad in the following areas.

• Review of client documents/specifications and its implementation wherever applicable
• Flexible pipe design checks
• End-fitting design checks
• In-place configuration and analysis using Orcaflex
• Extreme dynamic analysis using Orcaflex
• Global fatigue and local fatigue assessment
• Discuss with client/RBU regarding technical issues and provide solution to technical issues
• Writing of design and analysis reports
• Discipline Internal Check for all project deliverables produced by engineers/leads.
  
  

You Are Meant For This Job If

Minimum 5 years of experience in handling flexible pipe design and dynamic analysis scopes (position = Grade 13.1 or above)

Excellent understanding of subsea projects including excellent understanding of design rules and codes.

Strong presentation and coaching skills is a must

Should possess advanced organizational and problem solving skills

Should be able to challenge the new team and motivate them

Proficiency in English is a must
