Job Summary

The Engagement Delivery Partner will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering complex projects in the industrial manufacturing sector. With a focus on customer experience and delivery management the candidate will ensure seamless execution of production planning and control initiatives. This hybrid role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of projects to ensure alignment with customer expectations and company objectives.
  • Oversee the delivery of solutions that enhance customer experience and drive operational efficiency.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of production planning and control processes.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the plan.
  • Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within the agreed timelines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery.
  • Utilize industry knowledge to anticipate challenges and proactively address potential issues.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure that solutions are scalable and sustainable.
  • Manage resources effectively to optimize project performance and achieve cost efficiencies.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and key milestones.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project teams.

Qualifications

  • Possess a deep understanding of customer experience management and delivery management principles.
  • Demonstrate expertise in production planning and control within the industrial manufacturing domain.
  • Have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a hybrid work environment.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
  • Show proficiency in utilizing project management tools and methodologies to drive project success.
  • Display the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Certifications Required

Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification in program management.
