Endpoint And Patch Management Engineer

Parentheses Labs is hiring an Endpoint & Patch Management Engineer to support enterprise endpoint security, patching, vulnerability remediation, and device management across Windows, macOS, and iOS environments.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra, Patch My PC, Microsoft Azure, endpoint compliance, application packaging, and patch deployment.

Responsibilities

• Manage endpoint configuration, compliance, update rings, and application deployment using Microsoft Intune.
• Support third-party patching and application publishing through Patch My PC.
• Troubleshoot patch failures, app deployment issues, device enrollment, and compliance problems.
• Support vulnerability remediation, endpoint health monitoring, and patch compliance reporting.
• Assist with Microsoft Entra, Azure operations, server patching, backup monitoring, and storage cleanup.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to improve endpoint hygiene and reduce risk.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in endpoint management, patch management, IT infrastructure, or security operations.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Intune, Patch My PC, Windows, macOS, and iOS.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra, Azure, device compliance, application deployment, and vulnerability remediation.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Defender, Tenable, or similar tools is a plus.
• PowerShell scripting experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
