Time Zone Alignment: Ability to work consistently within EMEA business hours to support regional stakeholders.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to investigate discrepancies across multiple systems and perform root-cause analysis on billing or consumption trends.
Effective Communication: Professional verbal and written communication skills for daily interaction with senior account leads and external customer representatives.
Self-Organization: Proven ability to manage a high volume of ad-hoc requests alongside routine operations using tools like personal trackers and structured inbox management.
