Job Description

Lead Drupal backend development for scalable, secure enterprise digital applications.
Design and develop custom modules, services, plugins, hooks, event subscribers, and API integrations.
Define technical solutions for business logic, content workflows, and data structures.
Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, and production troubleshooting.
Integrate Drupal applications with external systems, APIs, and enterprise data sources.
Diagnose and resolve backend, configuration, data, caching, and platform issues.
Partner with frontend engineers to support rendering requirements and resolve cross-stack issues.

Qualifications

Strong experience as a Backend Engineer or Tech Lead, with hands-on expertise in Drupal development.
6+ years of professional experience in software or web application development, including 3+ years in Drupal backend development.
In-depth knowledge of PHP and Drupal architecture, including entities, fields, forms, routing, dependency injection, and configuration management.
Hands-on experience with Drupal 10 or 11.
Familiarity with tools such as Drush, Composer, Docker, or DDEV.
