Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to analyse client business processes and conduct detailed market and benchmarking studies to evaluate process improvement opportunities and propose enhancements.

 

Areas of Responsibilities     

Business process analysis-Analyse client business processes to identify improvement opportunities and change areas, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.

Market research & benchmarking-"Conduct in-depth market analysis and validate benchmarking study and proposed alternate process and functional methodologies.

Perform cost benefit analysis of proposed strategies to support planning decisions, including identification of any third party products."

Optimization Initiatives-Identify domain-specific process improvement opportunities, evaluate and propose enhancements, to align with defined business objectives and established best practices.

Technical Documentation-Prepare drafts of technical documentation for business processes and system configurations by gathering inputs from cross-functional teams to ensure relevant details are accurately captured.

Revenue Growth-Participate and contribute in designing proposals in alignment with the proposed solutions.

Mandatory Skills: Corporate Banking-Trade Finance .
