What Youll Do At Pega
Deliver the next generation of Pega’s Sales Automation product with well-differentiated features that are liked by our clients and industry analysts.
Lead teams responsible for the internal implementation of our sales product for the GTM organization, providing essential support and features.
Drive engineering excellence by establishing best practices and ensuring timely, high-quality product releases.
Communicate effectively with teams, leaders, stakeholders, and clients to manage expectations and influence change.
Collaborate with Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Global Customer Support, and Industry Applications to drive product improvements and incorporate client feedback.
Ensure excellence in product architecture, design, development, product management, innovation, performance, and scalability.
Represent India-based teams to global stakeholders, building trust and credibility.
Apply a deep understanding of Agile SDLC to build scalable, efficient processes that improve transparency and resource allocation.
Lead and develop a strong group of senior managers and build world-class teams, preparing future leaders for greater challenges.
Learn our Pega platform, people, and processes quickly to become effective within 90 days.
Participate in the India Extended Leadership group, driving initiatives such as client engagement, innovation, and recognition.
Focus on improving products, processes, and people, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, excellence, and growth.
Motivate teams and communicate with executive-level stakeholders, identifying dependencies and managing escalations.
Aligning with organizational strategy and stakeholders to drive outcomes.
In summary, you will spend 60% of your efforts in driving engineering outcomes (delivery, quality, demo, client support, collaboration, etc.), 20% on people leadership (mentor, coach, performance reviews, etc.), 10% on India initiatives (client engagement, Pega events, etc.), and 10% on management activities (influencing stakeholders, learning & development, change management, etc.)
Who You Are
You are an experienced leader who has managed large teams, including senior professionals, and can deliver results with tact and professionalism.
You have strong leadership experience in a GCC, understand the India context, and have worked with US functional leaders in a matrix reporting setup.
You are an industry expert in CRM services, with approximately 17+ years of experience and at least 4–5 years leading related products.
You are driven, demonstrate integrity, and are recognized as a top-tier leader.
You are collaborative, results-oriented, and technically skilled, willing to be hands-on when needed.
You have a proven track record of leading transformation programs and driving organizational changes.
You communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and speaking.
You are empathetic, enthusiastic, and focused on products and end-users.
You are organized, articulate, confident, and polished when presenting to customers and decision makers.
