Digital Twin Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a technically strong candidate for the Digital Twin Engineer position, with strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience in CFD simulations.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Digital Twin development, predictive modelling, and data-driven engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing Digital Twin solutions for engineering systems and applications.
• Perform CFD simulations and analyse simulation results for predictive engineering applications.
• Use Python to process, analyse, visualise, and interpret engineering simulation data.
• Develop and validate predictive models using simulation data.
• Support the integration of simulation results and data-driven models into Digital Twin workflows.
• Compare model predictions with simulation results and available experimental data.
• Document simulation methodologies, modelling approaches, validation results, and technical findings.
• Collaborate with CADFEM engineers and university researchers on Digital Twin development and implementation.
• Continuously learn and apply new tools and techniques in CFD, Python programming, and Digital Twin technologies.
  
  

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Basics of CFD / FEA /Multiphysics.
• Interest in Digital Twins, AI/ML, or predictive models.
• Exposure to ANSYS tools (Fluent, Mechanical, Twin Builder academic exposure is sufficient).
• Basic knowledge of Python is mandatory.

• M.Tech (Mechanical/ Aerospace / Chemical / Electrical / Mechatronics / Applied Physics).
  
  

Commitment
