As Product Owner, youd be orchestrating the use of real-time data, predictive insights, and organizational knowledge together to improve portfolio decision-making, bringing consistency to how decisions are made across R&D, and ultimately accelerates our ability to bring life-changing medicines to patients by moving from ad-hoc, experience-based decision-making to a more systematic, data-driven approach that amplifies human expertise with AI capabilities.

Main Responsibilities
Drive the successful development of the new Event to Impact agentic workflows, from ideation to timely delivery.
Develop a detailed and executable product delivery plan and timeline across design, build, and run activities; lead the product through governance requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand R&D business needs, gather requirements, establish user stories, and define product features; Manage backlog refinement and drive features prioritization effort.
Communicate effectively across non-technical stakeholders, technical stakeholders, and engineering teams to ensure the delivery of outcomes aligned to R&D business needs and value delivery.
Define, monitor, and analyze business and performance related product-level KPIs, reporting outcomes to team leadership and key collaborators
Manage relationships and partnerships with other R&D verticals and across BUs that are interact with portfolio decision-making.
Lead proof-of-concept development and technical feasibility studies.
About You
5+ years’ experience in digital product management, with experience in the Pharmaceutical R&D.
A track record of delivering products with demonstrable high adoption and impact, within time, scope, cost and quality expectations while providing timely transparency to leadership and stakeholders on progress.
Location: Hyderabad Hub
Experience or familiarity with the following are required:
R&D Knowledge: Experience working with data and processes affecting many if not all aspects of R&D projects.
GenAI / Agents: Familiarity with building GenAI based applications or agents that have been moved beyond the PoC/PoV phase.
DevOps & MLOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and ML model deployment/monitoring
API Architecture: Familiarity API design and management tools to enable seamless integration between decision components and existing R&D systems
Data Infrastructure: Familiarity with data lakes, warehouses, and pipelines (Snowflake, Databricks, DBT) to ensure the decision fabric has access to clean, reliable data
Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with major cloud services (AWS preferred)
AI/ML Frameworks: Familiarity with different types of machine learning (deep learning, regression, optimization, reinforcement learning, natural language processing) and their implementations on cloud
Decision Management Systems: Understanding of rules engines, business process management tools, and decision modeling standards
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate business needs into digital solutions that drive value
