The Presentation and Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling presentations and design assets that effectively communicate ideas and elevate brand storytelling. This role combines creativity with strategic thinking to translate complex content into engaging visuals, ensuring consistency across all materials. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the designer delivers high-quality outputs that support business communication, marketing initiatives, and client engagement.
Responsibilities
Delivery of presentation design charter across function X
Provide support in creating, designing and formatting electronic presentations for XX
Work with supervisor to map out plan of presentation design translating data into clear, compelling, highly accurate and visually attractive presentations.
Make complicated topics clear through presentations that are easy to understand and visually pleasing to the eye.
Work on the graphic design and copywriting to make presentations useful and eye-catching, including determining which framework to use to create effective slides, and how to make information engaging, informative, and compelling.
Line Manager reporting
Directly work with line manager to understand and prioritise individual agenda/workload
Monitor and act upon regular feedback inputs from deliverables end-users
Process management
Input to and evolve communication processes (project planning, workflow monitoring, quality checks, on-going changes)
Improve existing processes based on frequent end-user and feedback
Capability development
Develop internal knowledge of PepsiCo business, brands, ways of working and stakeholder requirements.
Qualifications
Experience with design tools like PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere/After effects (desired).
Creative thinker with the ability to develop out-of-the-box visual identities, new brand templates, and engaging infographics.
Expertise in designing visually compelling PowerPoint presentations with clean layouts, strong storytelling flow, and brand-aligned design elements.
Skilled in transforming complex data, charts, and information into clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand visual slides.
Ability to create polished master decks and reusable slide libraries that enhance presentation consistency and efficiency across teams.
Skilled in developing packaging design concepts, label layouts, and product mock-ups aligned with brand guidelines.
Experienced in creating visually appealing social media creatives and campaign assets.
Strong understanding of brand identity and the ability to maintain consistency across digital, print, and social media touchpoints.
Highly collaborative, working effectively with Marketing Services teams, internal marketing stakeholders, and external suppliers to deliver strong results.
