We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on DevOps CI/CD Engineer to own the implementation, administration, optimization, and governance of our enterprise GitHub and CI/CD ecosystem. This is a technical ownership and engineering role ? not a traditional support position. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining scalable CI/CD workflows, establishing enterprise GitHub standards, troubleshooting complex pipeline issues, and driving adoption of modern DevOps and DevSecOps practices across engineering teams.
You will work closely with development, QA, operations, security, architecture, and cloud engineering teams to build reliable, secure, and highly automated software delivery processes. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Git, Docker, Azure, AWS and AKS, combined with strong troubleshooting, automation, and stakeholder-management capabilities.

- Motivators for this need
OwnerSHIP: You treat GitHub Enterprise and CI/CD as a platform that you own and continuously improve ? not simply a tool that you operate.
Problem Solver: You can independently investigate complex pipeline failures, identify root causes, and implement permanent solutions.
Automation Mindset: You look for opportunities to eliminate repetitive manual work through scripting, workflow automation, and reusable pipeline components.
Quality Focused: You understand that successful CI/CD is not simply about getting a pipeline to pass. Reliability, security, testing, compliance, and measurable delivery outcomes matter.
Self-Directed: You can work independently, prioritize competing technical issues, and deliver outcomes without continuous supervision.
Collaborative: You work effectively with developers, QA engineers, architects, security teams, cloud engineers, and operations teams.
Continuous Improvement: You proactively identify opportunities to improve pipeline performance, developer experience, platform reliability, security, and engineering KPIs.
Technical Communicator: You can explain complex CI/CD and GitHub concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and create documentation that teams can actually use.
