DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Engineer, Software DevOps to join our team and lead the development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines, app store operations, and collaborative development workflows. This role is essential in ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient software delivery for our mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.

What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps services.
• Implement and enforce DevOps best practices, including version control, branching strategies, and release management.
• Hands-on experience with development and automation tools, including C#, MS SQL, and VB.NET.
• Monitor and optimize CI/CD pipeline performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on Azure DevOps tools and practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to build failures, deployment errors, and environments.
• Stay updated with the latest Azure DevOps features, tools, and industry trends.
• Monitor app store reviews and ratings.
• Stay updated with the latest platform changes, release policies, and best practices for app distribution on Apple and Google platforms.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation summarizing findings and insights related to mobile OS analysis.
• Collaborate with the automation team to ensure efficient use of CI/CD infrastructure, identify areas for improvement, implement automation solutions, and optimize workflows to enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability.

What you bring

• 5+ Years of experience in mobile application development for iOS and Android platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Azure DevOps services, including Azure Pipelines, Azure Repos, Azure Artifacts, and Azure Boards.
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) and automation tools for CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment with remote teams.
• Experience with mobile app development frameworks and tools such as Xamarin, Native, Android Studio, and Xcode (Native apps).
• Good to have experience on Fastlane.
• Good to have experience on Tools like Grafana and PowerBI.
