Job Description
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for managing the development of all server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Develop and maintain frontend website architecture to ensure a seamless user experiencebr Design user interactions on web pages with a focus on intuitive and responsive designbr Develop backend website applications using Java SpringBoot and Spring Framework to ensure robust functionalitybr Create and manage servers and databases to support application functionality and performancebr Ensure crossplatform optimization for mobile devices to enhance accessibility and user engagementbr Develop microservices to improve application scalability and maintainabilitybr Collaborate with graphic designers to integrate web design features ensuring visual appeal and functionalitybr Oversee projects from conception to completion ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standardsbr Design and develop APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange and integrationbr Meet both technical and consumer needs by understanding stakeholder requirements and translating them into technical solutionsbr Stay abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages to incorporate the latest technologiesbr Collaborate with team members to determine best practices and client requirements for software developmentbr Develop intuitive software that meets and exceeds company needs focusing on usercentric designbr Professionally maintain all software creating updates regularly to address customer and company concernsbr Analyze and test programs and software to ensure security and data protection from potential breachesbr Oversee debugging and troubleshooting of system errors to ensure highquality software productionbr Collaborate with frontend and backend web developers to address programming and coding issuesbr Work on improving existing software programs and applications enhancing functionality and performancebr Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
