Dev Business Analyst

Position Summary

The Business Analyst will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and the engineering team in India. You will gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new features, such as Connected Worker solutions, and integrations involving Infor MES and other Infor ERP products (M3, LN, Syteline). Your insights will ensure that development efforts align closely with business goals and deliver maximum value.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

* Work closely with product managers, clients, and stakeholders to elicit business requirements.
* Analyse processes and workflows related to MES and ERP integrations.
* Translate business needs into clear and detailed functional specifications and user stories.
* Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to clarify requirements.
* Assist in prioritizing feature requests and integration requirements.
* Validate delivered solutions against business requirements during testing phases.
* Support release planning and change management activities.
* Document business processes, use cases, and functional design documents.
* Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
* Create detailed specification documents in conjunction with the Product team.

What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
* 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in software product development.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Strong understanding of MES/MOM manufacturing solutions.
* Firm understanding of Enterprise software development

What Will Put You Ahead?

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with Connected Worker platforms
* Experience with Infor applications (MES, M3, LN, Syteline).
* Exposure to software integration projects.
* Knowledge of process modelling tools and techniques.
* Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
* Ability to facilitate workshops and requirement review sessions.
