Candidate Profile
🎓 Graduate (Bachelor’s) – Mandatory
💼 4–6 years experience in Home Loan / LAP sales only
👥 Minimum 3–5 years as Team Leader / Branch Manager
💬 Excellent communication & leadership skills
🎯 Target-driven & result-oriented mindset
📍 Strong local market knowledge preferred
⏳ Age: 24–40 years
