Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary: As a Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for planning and leading the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various project teams to ensure that all deployment-related activities are aligned and progressing as scheduled. You will oversee work planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation while also monitoring metrics and training initiatives. Engaging with stakeholders and managing interdependencies will be crucial to your role, ensuring that the deployment process runs smoothly and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to ensure all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to the deployment process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Security. - Strong understanding of deployment methodologies and best practices. - Experience with project management tools and techniques. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform decision-making. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Security. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
