Roles & Responsibilities

Capgemini is seeking a leadership executive to manage delivery of portfolio of accounts within Communications and Manufacturing industry with focus on complex engagements

This person will be responsible at Business Line level, for delivery quality, financial performance of all delivery engagements, client satisfaction and effective management of delivery-related risks and issues. Along with that will be responsible for delivering the solutions, the price, the quality based on the assumptions defined at solutioning stage.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Challenge and approve the delivery model of the engagements at solutioning stage, including resourcing, capability, and capacity
• Improved client engagement through the business line delivery resources and improved client satisfaction
• Ensure Business Line financial performance of all delivery engagements in line with budget commitments
• Delivery risk & margin control - Accountable for the delivery performance for the portfolio. Improve delivery quality of engagements through effective governance and improved reactive and proactive processes. Handle delivery risks (Actively mitigate and participate in major risk management reviews), margin improvement levers, critical staffing topics and contingencies (included within P&L), ensuring seamless execution and issue escalation and resolution
• Delivery feasibility sign-off in solutioning – Manage formal sign-off, supporting solutioning team and ensuring robustness across technical, accountable on cost of delivery and risk and final contractual delivery solution
• Contract management - Own or support delivery on key client contracts, ensuring alignment with client needs and contractual agreement, management of change requests and extensions, contracts renewals.
• Delivery expertise - Bring delivery expertise and seniority to engagements, reviewing delivery architecture and execution plans to guarantee success
• Industrialization enablement (incl. GenAI) - Drive productivity by leveraging industrialized levers and feeding needs and feedback to Industrialization team. Maximize industrialization and automation opportunities to increase delivery performance and improve efficiency to drive competitiveness in terms of financial performance
• Engage with the prospective client when new deals arise
• Client relationship management - Support Client Delivery Partner in managing client relationships or owns them directly for engagements without a Client Delivery Partner.
• Ensure delivery capacity and capability is managed effectively across the Business Line, ensuring rightsizing
• Own new delivery initiatives and lead the same
  
  
  

Our Ideal Candidate

They will have 20-25 years of experience in program management and delivery leadership with a strong project management track record and demonstrated success in delivering complex engagements. A Bachelor’s degree is required; Masters is strongly preferred.

• Strong customer orientation, decision making, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
• Very good judgement skills and ability to shape compelling solutions and solve unstructured problems with assumptions
• Strong executive presence and entrepreneurial spirit
• Superb leadership and team building skills with ability to build consensus and achieve goals through collaboration rather than direct line authority
• Proven track record in operational management (should include success in both senior internal roles and client-facing engagement)
• Industry recognized project management certification
