Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Dayforce Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, integration, and ongoing optimization of Ceridian Dayforce Payroll.

The role requires a blend of payroll functional expertise and technical skills to deliver end-to-end payroll solutions, troubleshoot issues, and integrate Dayforce with HR, Finance, and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Dayforce Payroll modules, including payroll processing, tax, earnings, deductions, and compliance.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Develop and support Dayforce integrations using APIs, XML, and middleware tools.
• Configure reports, workflows, data imports/exports, and interfaces.
• Troubleshoot payroll, integration, and system issues, and provide production support.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams during implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Perform system testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and maintain system documentation.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Dayforce Payroll implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, payroll taxation, and compliance.
• Experience with Dayforce configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, XML, SQL, and integration platforms.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Dayforce implementation or certification experience.
• Experience integrating Dayforce with ERP, HRIS, or time and attendance systems.
• Knowledge of Agile project methodologies and ITIL support processes.
