SS&C Eze: Operational Services – Data Onboarding Specialist

SS&C Eze (Eze) is seeking a Data Onboarding specialist to join its Operational Services team in its Hyderabad office. We are looking for a candidate who has a proven track record in financial technology or a related discipline and can provide excellent service to our clients in the investment industry. Successful candidates will be highly driven and have an excellent understanding of the asset management business.

As a Data Onboarding specialist, the candidate will be responsible for key functions in client onboarding implementations to load, process and validate historical static, transactional and pricing data from various external sources into the SS&C Eze Platforms. This will involve playing a key role with various internal and external stakeholders to affirm requirements, implement and present through various concurrent client facing projects in a collaborative manner.

Your daily responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Manage several concurrent client facing projects across our global client base.
• Effectively communicate project updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Extract, Transform and Load historical data for client onboardings from various platforms
• Validate, Correct and Reconcile processed data through various SS&C Eze Accounting platforms
• Engage with R&D teams for process improvement and streamline workflows.

Qualifications and experience:

• 3-6 years’ experience in financial or technology setting
• Preferred exposure or working knowledge on SQL / Python
• Advanced Microsoft Excel with preferred or working knowledge of VBA and Macro Building
• Prior exposure in implementation capacity and onboarding data in Portfolio Management Software
