Project Role Description : Create interactive interfaces that enable humans to understand, interpret, and communicate complex data and insights. Wrangle, analyze, and prepare data to ensure delivery of relevant, consistent, timely, and actionable insights. Leverage modern business intelligence, storytelling, and web-based visualization tools to create interactive dashboards, reports and emerging VIS/BI artifacts. Use and customize (Gen)AI and AI-powered VIS/BI capabilities to enable a dialog with data.

As a Data Insights and Visualization Practitioner, a typical day involves designing and developing interactive platforms that facilitate the comprehension and communication of intricate data and insights. The practitioner utilizes advanced business intelligence and storytelling techniques to build dynamic dashboards and reports. Additionally, they incorporate and tailor artificial intelligence-driven visualization tools to foster an engaging and insightful dialogue with data, enhancing decision-making processes across various teams and stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of innovative visualization strategies to improve data accessibility and understanding.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align visualization outputs with organizational goals and stakeholder needs.

• Strong expertise in designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports using modern business intelligence tools.
• Experience in data wrangling, cleaning, and preparation to ensure high-quality and reliable insights.

• Skilled in storytelling techniques to translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives.
