Data Entry Operator

Role Overview

We design, develop and manufacture LED lighting solutions for the UK and International markets. As a Data Entry Operator at LEDFlex, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating our internal databases and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data across departments. You will support various teams by efficiently inputting, managing, and verifying data related to operations, sales, procurement, and inventory.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and manage large volumes of product data into internal databases and systems.
• Process, clean, and upload bulk CSV data files for product catalog management.
• Maintain, update, and verify product data across multiple platforms (handling 10,000+ SKUs).
• Generate and maintain MIS reports to track data accuracy, stock levels, product uploads, and team KPIs.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc MIS reports to management to support decision-making.
• Conduct routine audits and quality checks on product data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Inventory, E-commerce, IT) to resolve product data issues.
• Assist in uploading and managing data within Microsoft Dynamics (if applicable).
• Identify and escalate data discrepancies or issues for timely resolution.
• Support data migration and bulk updates as required by the Product Data Team.
• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  
  

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a data entry or product data management role.
• Proven experience handling bulk CSV data files.
• Hands-on experience managing high-volume product catalogs (10,000+ SKUs).
• Strong knowledge of MIS reporting and proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Validation, etc.).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills in English.
  
  

• Prior experience in e-commerce product data management.
• Knowledge of data cleansing and validation techniques.
• Experience working in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
