Project Role Description : Design, develop and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing. Create data pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement ETL (extract, transform and load) processes to migrate and deploy data across systems.

Summary:
As a Data Engineer, your day involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive data solutions that support data generation, collection, and processing activities. You will be responsible for creating efficient data pipelines that facilitate smooth data flow and ensure the integrity and quality of data throughout its lifecycle. Your role includes implementing processes to extract, transform, and load data, enabling seamless migration and deployment across various systems. Collaboration with different teams to align data strategies and optimize system performance is a key aspect of your daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure continuous and reliable data availability.
- Document data processes and workflows to support knowledge sharing and operational transparency.
- Assist junior team members in understanding project requirements and technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in MongoDB.
- Experience in designing and optimizing database schemas for performance and scalability.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling and query optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with ETL tools and processes to manage data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data quality and consistency.
- Understanding of distributed data systems and cloud-based data storage solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in MongoDB.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
