Data Architect

We are looking for a strong Reltio Architect with 12–19 years of overall experience and 5+ years of hands-on Reltio experience, including 4+ years in architecture/solution design. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise MDM solutions to create trusted golden records across the real estate domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Reltio MDM solutions and golden-record strategies.
• Strong experience with Company and Property matching, match rules, tokenization, cleansing, survivorship, and match/merge.
• Configure Reltio entity models, relationships, parent-subsidiary hierarchies, reference data (RDM), and data quality rules.
• Integrate external enrichment sources such as D&B/DUNS, LEI, ZoomInfo, and third-party firmographics.
• Build integrations using Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), REST APIs, and connectors with CRM, ERP, lease, and property systems.
• Define and optimize match/merge thresholds and manage false positives/negatives.
• Design data steward workflows for ambiguous matches and exception handling.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, code reviews, and performance optimization across Dev/Test/Prod environments.
• Collaborate with Data Architects, business stakeholders, and data stewards to translate requirements into scalable MDM solutions.
• Ensure data security, role-based access, auditability, GDPR, and data privacy compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years hands-on Reltio experience
• 4+ years as Reltio/Data/MDM Architect
• Strong expertise in Reltio MDM and entity resolution
• Match & Merge, Survivorship, Tokenization, Cleansing
• Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) and REST APIs
• Data modelling, data quality, and governance
• Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership

Good to Have

• Real estate / property / corporate data domain experience
• Experience with DUNS, LEI, ZoomInfo, or similar enrichment platforms
• Experience integrating Reltio with CRM/ERP platforms
• Knowledge of GDPR and enterprise data privacy
