The Data & Governance team plays a critical role in enabling A&M Excellence initiatives across PepsiCo by providing the data foundations, reporting capabilities, governance processes, and automation solutions that power better decision-making. We partner closely with global teams, markets, Finance, and Marketing stakeholders to support both annual strategic programs and a wide range of ad-hoc business priorities.

In this role, you will help shape and scale capabilities such as A&M Reporting, Taxonomy, A&M Hub, and data governance solutions. You will translate business needs into actionable insights, reporting solutions, and process improvements, while helping advance PepsiCo's transformation agenda through automation and innovative ways of working. Responsibilities

Overall

• Act as a key enabler of A&M Excellence initiatives through quality data, analytics, governance, automation, and digital solutions that support projects delivery and business decision-making.
• Partner with internal teams, markets, and global stakeholders to drive end-to-end data readiness, including data collection, validation, governance, reporting, and Projects execution.
• Support Executive and ad-hoc business requests by connecting data, and insights across multiple sources to enable actionable recommendations.
  
  

• Own data collection, validation, cleansing and consolidation across multiple marketing, media and finance data sources.
• Support KPI tracking, governance processes, recurring reporting cycles and ad-hoc business requests.
• Assess data readiness, support definition of data requirements, and enable integration of datasets into A&M Hub and other reporting solutions to help establish a trusted source of truth.
  
  

• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate data, reporting, and business processes.
• Partner with business and technical teams to explore, test, and implement digital solutions, including enhancements to A&M Hub capabilities and reporting tools.
• Leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, data quality, reporting, and insight generation.
  
  

• Lead and coordinate assigned data-related projects and workstreams from project kick-off through delivery, ensuring clear timelines, milestones, and ownership.
• Facilitate project kick-offs, meetings, and workshops related to data collection, governance, reporting, analytics, and solution delivery, while confidently communicating with stakeholders across different functions and levels.
• Coordinate with other Data & Governance team members to align deliverables, share best practices, and support successful project execution.
  
  

• 10 -12 years of experience in Data Governance, Business Intelligence, Marketing Analytics, Finance Analytics, Consulting, or a related field.
• Analytical skills with the ability to collect, validate, connect, and interpret complex data from multiple sources.
• Experience working with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Think-Cell, with the ability to analyze data and present insights in a clear and structured way.
• Experience coordinating data-related projects, including stakeholder management, data requirements gathering, understanding, and translating finance and business data into A&M Excellence reporting needs.
• Effective communication skills and fluent English, with confidence collaborating with global stakeholders and facilitating data related discussions.
