Job Nexus India is hiring a Data Analyst for one of its client organizations, Inorbit Corporation Pvt Ltd. This opportunity is ideal for experienced professionals interested in data analysis, reporting, customer insights, and business analytics.

Role Overview

As a Data Analyst, you will support business operations through data analysis, reporting, forecasting, and customer analytics to improve operational and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer footfall, sales trends, tenant performance, and campaign effectiveness using IBM SPSS
• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review
• Conduct statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and forecasting
• Interpret large datasets and generate business insights
• Design and maintain reports for marketing, finance, leasing, and operations teams
• Perform customer segmentation and behavioral analytics
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems
• Collaborate with teams to identify KPIs and optimize performance
• Create presentations and analytical reports for management
• Support automation and process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Power Query
• Knowledge of IBM SPSS, SQL, and database management
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau
• Understanding of statistical analysis and predictive analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field
• Certification in IBM SPSS, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence preferred
• Experience in retail, mall management, real estate, or customer analytics is an advantage
