Your future duties and responsibilities

• Collaborate with a dedicated team to support the operation and continuous maturity enhancement of core PAM and IAM technologies.
• Design, deploy, and manage PAM solutions (CyberArk) to ensure privileged access to critical systems and information.
• Assist in the administration and maintenance of the CyberArk PAM solution, including the management of safes, platforms, and policies.
• Good Knowledge on Cyber Ark Components like EPV, CPM, PVWA, PSM, PSMP
• Extensive experience on PAM operational tasks, defining access control, user entitlements, management of Applications Credentials and User Access Policy.
• Good Experience on On boarding of UNIX, Windows, Database and other different type of Privileged Accounts.
• Monitor the health and performance of the CyberArk environment, responding to alerts and notifications in a timely manner.
• Provide first level support for issues related to privileged account access, including password checkouts, session management, and account onboarding.
• Participate in the onboarding of new accounts into the CyberArk platform, ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices.
• Experience is creating safes, adding users and groups to them for privileged access in CyberArk.
• Administration of User accounts, Group memberships, and Organizational Units using Active Directory.
• Experience with privilege accounts to CyberArk using Auto Detection, Accounts Discovery and Password bulk upload utility
• Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to implement enhancements and updates to the CyberArk infrastructure.
• Document standard operating procedures, system configurations, and incident reports.
• Assist in the development and delivery of CyberArk user training and awareness programs.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and evidence related to CyberArk operations.
• Stay up to date with the latest CyberArk features, updates, and industry best practices.
  
  

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching, upgrades, and backups of the CyberArk environment

• Articulate and communicate security risks and recommended options to balance security and productivity with other security teams, internal customers and leadership.
• Collaborate with system administrators, principal engineer, and PAM architect to ensure smooth integration of CyberArk.
• Assist in troubleshooting, resolving issues, and end user support regarding operations and general onboarding.
• Presence for L2 and L3 support and after hours work, if necessary.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and ability to support and troubleshoot end user issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Be able to clearly communicate with senior leadership in highly stressful situations.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts. Location: HYD
