Position Summary
e are seeking a professional with 10+ years of experience designing, implementing, and governing identity governance and administration solutions on the One Identity Manager platform. In this role, you will translate business, security, and compliance requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable identity solutions. The ideal candidate will bring experience across custom development, connector integration, cloud-based IAM, and enterprise identity architecture.
Work you'll do
As a Senior One Identity Manager Architect on the Digital Trust & Privacy team, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and governing One Identity Manager solutions, including workflows, business roles, attestation processes, and target system integrations
- Translating business and compliance requirements into One Identity Manager configurations, custom processes, and enterprise IAM architectures
- Developing and maintaining integrations with platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, SAP, ServiceNow, databases, and custom applications
- Supporting platform customization, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance optimization across development, test, and production environments
- Creating technical documentation and providing guidance to engineers and stakeholders on solution design, quality, and maintainability

Location: BLR/HYD/CNH/PUN
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience working with One Identity Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a comparable field
- Experience designing and implementing identity governance and administration solutions, including joiner-mover-leaver processes, role-based access control, access certification, and segregation of duties
- Experience developing and supporting One Identity Manager customizations using VB.NET, C#, PowerShell, Angular, SQL scripting, or the One Identity SDK
- Experience integrating One Identity Manager with enterprise platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, SAP, ServiceNow, LDAP, databases, or human resources systems
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting the One Identity Manager Synchronization Engine, schema extensions, and object layer tools
- Experience with One Identity Manager modules including Identity Management Base, Target System Base, Business Roles, Attestation, Compliance Rules, Report Subscriptions, and Password Management
Preferred:
- Experience managing One Identity Manager upgrades, patches, and version migrations
- Experience supporting IAM solutions in cloud-based or multi-cloud environments
- Experience with REST application programming interfaces and third-party system integrations
- Experience with SQL Server and T-SQL for reporting, troubleshooting, and data analysis
- Experience creating architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and operational documentation
- Experience performing IAM test strategy, test case design, and workflow validation
