As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high expectations for quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central to managing the complexities of software projects and driving successful outcomes.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
• Strong expertise in designing scalable data models and optimizing data flows within SAP BW/4HANA environments.
• Experience in managing and improving data warehousing solutions to support complex business requirements.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to data integration and system performance.
• Familiarity with SAP HANA database concepts and their application in data modeling and development.

• The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
• This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
