As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that the applications meet the specified needs. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and providing guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

• Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
• Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
