Work Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: US Rotational Shifts (24x7)

Who We're Looking For

• Any Undergraduate (10+2)/ Graduate/ Postgraduate is eligible to apply.
• Freshers and candidates with customer service experience.
• Strong verbal English communication skills with a clear and confident voice.
• Active listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Flexible to work in US rotational shifts and comfortable with 2 rotational week-offs.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

• Handle inbound customer service calls from US-based customers and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely resolutions as per process guidelines.
• Respond to product, service, and general customer inquiries while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• Meet performance metrics related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and schedule adherence.
