The Opportunity

In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Risk and Compliance team you will manage contract negotiations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain compliance. As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your legal knowledge to navigate complex contractual landscapes while building relationships and driving process improvements.
Responsibilities
Manage negotiations of contracts while securing compliance with regulations
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes
Utilize legal knowledge to navigate intricate contractual agreements
Build and maintain sturdy relationships with clients and partners
Identify opportunities for process improvements within contract management
Provide guidance on compliance issues and industry practices
Analyze contract terms to mitigate risks and enhance outcomes
Support the development of training materials for stakeholders
What You Must Have
Bachelors Degree in Law
5 years of experience related to managing contract negotiations
Oral and written proficiency in English required
Full time graduation is required BA. LLB/JD
