Job Description

As part of our Talent Marketing team, you’ll help shape how the world experiences life at Entain through creative, story-driven content across our digital and social media platforms.

Purpose of the Role

We’re looking for a highly creative and social-media-savvy Content Production Specialist to join our Talent Marketing team. You’ll play a key role in conceptualising, producing, and managing content across external channels such as LinkedIn and Instagram. From short-form videos and reels to branded visuals and campaign storytelling — you’ll create engaging, trend-driven content that showcases our people, culture, and unique identity as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish engaging content for social channels globally (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
• Manage monthly content calendars and ensure timely publishing of posts and campaigns.
• Record and edit short-form videos to highlight people, events and initiatives.
• Design eye-catching visuals and graphics for social media using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Support event design, photography, and coordination to capture brand experiences.
• Work with external agencies and internal teams to deliver campaign assets.
• Prepare monthly social media and content performance reports with insights and learnings.
• Stay up-to-date on digital and social trends to bring fresh, creative ideas to life.
• Assist with PowerPoint design and creative storytelling for presentations.
  
  

Qualifications

Skills and Experience

• Fluent in LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other major social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media management and content scheduling tools.
• Video recording and editing experience using tools like Seenit, Canva etc.
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Good knowledge of current social trends, hashtags, and content formats.
• Experience coordinating with agencies and production partners.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in a creative, media, or employer branding agency or equivalent in-house team.
• Experience of working in a global team
