About Tara Sri

Tara Sri is an eleventh-generation premium jewellery house based in Hyderabad, with a flagship store and curated jewellery exhibitions across 21 cities in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

We are looking for a Content Lead to take ownership of how the brand shows up across digital platforms and campaigns.

About the Role

We already have a photographer-videographer, writer, designer and support team in place.

What we need is the person in the middle — someone who can take a business idea, turn it into a clear and executable creative brief, direct the team, and make sure the final work is right before it reaches the owner or goes live.

This is a content direction and ownership role, not a shooting or designing role.

What You’ll Do

• Translate business objectives and campaign ideas into clear, reference-led creative briefs.


• Direct photographers, designers and writers to execute content to a high standard.


• Build and manage the monthly content calendar across brands and platforms.


• Set timelines, follow up with the team and keep projects moving.


• Review every piece of content before it reaches the owner or goes public.


• Ensure content is grammatically correct, visually polished and aligned with the brand’s premium tone.


• Think about the role of every piece of content — whether it is designed for awareness, education, trust or conversion.


• Decide where content should run, in what format, and what action the audience should take.


• Work closely with the performance marketing partner on creative requirements for Meta and Google.


• Maintain a consistently premium visual and editorial standard across campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience running content or social media for a premium or luxury brand — jewellery, fashion, hospitality, real estate or a similar category.


• Demonstrated experience personally directing photographers, designers and creative teams.


• Strong visual judgement and the ability to explain why one creative execution works better than another.


• Excellent written English and a strong eye for grammatical and editorial errors.


• Strong organisational and project-management skills.


• Someone who is proactive, persistent and comfortable following up with creative teams to get work completed.


• Someone who can confidently challenge weak work and protect the quality of the brand.


• Someone who can work independently and turn broad ideas into clear execution plans.

This Role May Not Be For You If

• You are primarily looking to be the person shooting, designing or appearing in the content yourself.


• Your experience is limited to performance advertising rather than brand content.


• You need detailed instructions before taking ownership of a project.


• You are uncomfortable giving constructive feedback or pushing back on work that does not meet the required standard.
