Consultant

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior developer to lead the Development, customization and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform.  The candidate should have deep technical expertise in  at least  these 2 ServiceNow modules HRSD, WSD and CSM along with strong experience in scripting, integrations and performance optimization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that align with business needs.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including HRSD, WSD and CSM
• Create and manage workflow, business rules, Ui policies, client scripts, and custom applications.
• Configure forms, fields, notifications, and reports to meet business requirements.
• Build Integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and other tools.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including workflows, business rules, UI scripts and custom applications
• Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS for front end development
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow including HRSD, WSD and CSM.
• Basic understanding of ITIL processes and methodologies.     

Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• CIS- WSD / CIS- HRSD / CIS - CSM
