Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Workzone Developer . The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring successful implementation, customization, and optimization of project management tools to support organizational goals.
- Develop and extend SAP BTP WorkZone
- Create and manage ODATA services for mobile apps
- Work with Business Events & Business Objects for integration & automation
- Implement solutions using RAP/CAP on S/4HANA
- Develop backend components using Core ABAP & HANA ABAP
- Collaborate with functional & UX teams for intuitive & scalable appsRequired Skills:
- SAP BTP WorkZone & Fiori Administration
- ODATA Services
- Business Events & Business Objects
- RAP / CAP frameworks
- Core & HANA ABAP Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Technical Consultant in SAP BTP
- 2–3 years of experience as a Workzone Developer
- Configure SuccessFactors Work Zone content packages and create custom UI integration cards to expose PM dashboards, active forms, and due actions.
- Build service layers using OData v2 APIs for Performance and Goals to read form headers, section ratings, comments, and goal progress, and to trigger supported updates.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and user experience.
