Consultant - Product Analyst

Position Summary

The Consulting Product Analyst drives innovation in healthcare technology by analyzing business systems, eliciting

requirements, and guiding the development of effective solutions.

Major Responsibilities

• Support strategic and operational initiatives for HCA’s Costing, Analytics, and Pricing Services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Lead and support complex projects, often guiding other analysts
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications
• Understand and interpret business area supported to assist in developing product roadmap and strategy
• Facilitate and document requirement gathering meetings with business users
• Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups
• Provide expertise in process design and provide leadership in communicating requirements to product development, testing, and education/training
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Participate in the sprint management process, and execute on assigned responsibilities
• Participate in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality
• Support application training documentation creation
• Direct quality measures for department deliverables
• Build strong relationships within the department and company, including business owners
• Participate in the day-to-day support and operational activities
• Thoroughly understand assigned Business applications and user impact
• Drive continuous improvement in analysis tools and templates
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Bachelors degree Business Administration Preferred
• Bachelors degree Other Preferred
• 7 years of relevant work experience Required
