Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected Community Manager to drive local brand engagement, build meaningful partnerships, and create memorable in-store experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, a deep understanding of Hyderabad's social and cultural landscape, and experience collaborating with artists, influencers, educational institutions, corporates, and agencies. Exposure to the Chennai market will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Build and nurture relationships with local artists, performers, creative agencies, and community groups to drive brand engagement.Conceptualize and execute in-store events, community activations, workshops, and experiential marketing initiatives.Develop partnerships with colleges, universities, and corporate organizations within store catchment areas to increase footfall and brand visibility.Collaborate with mall management teams to secure visibility opportunities, seasonal activations, and topical marketing partnerships.Identify, engage, and manage influencers for barter and paid collaborations to amplify brand reach.Coordinate with creative and production agencies for print collateral, event branding, merchandising, and other marketing requirements.Work closely with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of community initiatives.Track event performance, partnership outcomes, and community engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.Stay updated on local trends, cultural events, and consumer preferences to identify new engagement opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

2–3 years of experience in Community Management, Brand Marketing, Events, Partnerships, or Marketing Activations.Strong network within Hyderabad's artist, influencer, college, and corporate ecosystem.Excellent understanding of Hyderabad's demographics, consumer behavior, and local communities.Experience in planning and executing offline events and partnerships.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.Exposure to the Chennai market will be an added advantage.Self-driven, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
